
Interim Executive Leadership & Executive Coaching
Interim executive leadership is one of the most transformative models for transitioning leadership within an organization. My speciality is in transitioning founder-led organizations and organizations within the arts and cultural sector, although my experiences and skills can be easily applied to any other type of organization.
My focus during this critical interim period is on stabilizing the internal operations of the organization, supporting board and staff in the current work being done, and preparing the environment for the engagement of the next permanent executive leader.

Looking back on my time as an executive leader, what I wished I had earlier was a thought partner. Executive leadership is often a lonely journey that is filled with self-doubt, mounting anxiety, and a crippling amount of competing priorities. I wish to be the person I would have wanted to have when first starting off on my executive leadership journey.
Our coaching engagement will be tailored to your needs as a developing leader. With a speciality in transitions, I will provide insight and support to you on organizational change, management tools and pitfalls, and all above all else as a listening ear for those conversations that can’t be held with anyone else.
