Operations consult
This is my most comprehensive service package. I will work closely with you to create and/or streamline your current work flows so that your least favorite work (think emails, calendar management, paying bills, etc.) gets done efficiently and with the least amount of pain. Everyone’s operations needs are different so we’ll begin with a discovery call to see what your unique needs are and a fully tailored plan for working together will be presented to you.

Project Management
You’ve got a passion project you’ve been tossing and turning for months maybe even years and nothing seems to be progressing? I’m happy to help! Whether it’s a launch, a website redesign, a social media campaign, I have had extensive experience managing projects small and large. With a (tired) history as a theater stage manager, I assure you no project will scare me away. Have you organized a cast of over 20 freelance theater artists for an out-of-state performance of a devised work and lived to tell the tale? Well grab a seat and let’s get to work.
Timeframe: Clear start and end dates, typically 1-6 months
Workshops + Events
If you haven’t played a riotous round of scattergories at a work retreat, you haven’t lived. As a play-first facilitator, I believe that creativity, especially in play, has the power to break down long-standing barriers, unlock new ideas, and create an atmosphere of true innovation. Gathering, whether in formal meetings or in informal social events, is an art and one that I truly enjoy mastering. I welcome the opportunity to plan, facilitate, and execute workshops and events with you.
